2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at torontowraptors@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
